The National Republican Congressional Committee picked up the $2,500 per plate tab for porn star Mary Cary, to attend Bush’s latest GOP fundraiser last night. Cary, while maintaining a pornographic web site and starring in many porn flicks, states, “I also have a brain and political aspirations.” Carey is also for legalizing gay marriage.

Part of why they earned a free seat was that she donated big to the NRCC. Carl Forti, a spokesman for the NRCC stated, “Their money was donated to the NRCC. The NRCC’s job is to elect Republicans. We’ll take that money and use it to elect more Republicans,” Forti said. I’m sure they donated much more than the $5K needed to feed them both.
